Engagements
Senior X++ developer on the Lallemand LEO transformation programme. Development, stabilisation and multi-language rollout of invoices, order confirmations, packing slips and commercial invoices across multiple legal entities and release waves, including Spanish and French label resources.
Built the student refund process in F&O, stood up Azure Synapse Link and Fabric reporting with an API over the data, and delivered dual-write between CE and F&O. Configured the HR module end to end: worker, position and org structure, leave and absence, recruitment and onboarding, plus HR-to-payroll integration.
Independent contract development. Upgraded AX 2012 to D365 F&O, carrying customisations forward rather than rewriting them, alongside new extensions, modifications and reporting across the platform.
Contract X++ development across UK client implementations and support, including Binary's industry vertical for the feed and flour milling sector. SSRS documents and business forms, data migration between F&O and external systems, and defect resolution across multiple client environments.
Converted the Dynamics AX base currency from NGN to USD, improving the conversion classes for speed and accuracy and balancing vendor, customer, inventory, fixed asset and bank sub-ledgers back to the ledger. Built a maintenance service model and a fuel consumption model, both integrated with project, inventory and service management, with project invoicing used to bill clients.
How the work runs
The speed comes from AI taking part at every stage, not from skipping stages. Every line that reaches a client environment has been read and understood by me.
The written requirement is read against the actual data model before anyone estimates it.
Options are worked through in the open, with the trade-offs stated rather than buried.
X++ written and reviewed in short cycles, against a real environment, not a whiteboard.
Tests written alongside the build, then run before anything is checked in.
Built and shipped
A live product, not a prototype: a verified South African business directory that customers search over WhatsApp and that AI agents query directly. Bookings, enquiries, reviews and stock, with 533 businesses on it, running in production.
Why it matters here
SourceBase was designed, built, secured and deployed using the same AI-assisted approach offered to clients. It is the clearest available evidence of what the approach produces when nobody is grading it.
